ARTIST RELEASE SUBMISSION AGREEMENT

Thank you for choosing Solèy Radio. We are committed to supporting independent and established artists by providing a platform to showcase outstanding music to listeners around the world.

Before submitting your music, please read and agree to the following terms:

1. OWNERSHIP

By submitting your music, you certify that you are the legal owner of the recording or have full authorization from the copyright owner(s), publisher(s), label, and any other rights holders to submit the material to Solèy Radio.

2. PERMISSION TO BROADCAST

You grant Solèy Radio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to stream, broadcast, promote, and feature your submitted music on our radio station, website, mobile platforms, social media channels, and promotional materials.

3. COPYRIGHT

You retain full ownership and copyright of your music. Submission to Solèy Radio does not transfer ownership of your work.

4. PROMOTIONAL USE

You authorize Solèy Radio to use your artist name, stage name, album artwork, promotional photos, biography, logos, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting your music and your appearances on Solèy Radio.

5. CONTENT STANDARDS

Artists are responsible for ensuring that submitted material does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others and does not contain unauthorized samples or copyrighted material.

6. EDITED VERSIONS

If your music contains explicit language, we strongly encourage submitting a clean/radio edit. Solèy Radio reserves the right to determine which version is appropriate for broadcast.

7. NO GUARANTEE OF AIRPLAY

Submission does not guarantee immediate or continued airplay. Programming decisions are made at the sole discretion of Solèy Radio based on station programming, audience preferences, and broadcast scheduling.

8. SUBMISSION MATERIALS

Please include:

  • High-quality MP3 file
  • Album artwork (minimum 3000 × 3000 pixels preferred)
  • Artist biography
  • Promotional photo
  • Press kit (optional)
  • Clean version (if available)

9. ARTIST CERTIFICATION

By submitting this form, I certify that:

  • I own or control all necessary rights to the submitted music.
  • The information provided is true and accurate.
  • I authorize Solèy Radio to broadcast and promote my submitted material in accordance with this agreement.
  • I understand that I may request removal of my music from future rotation by submitting a written request.
